Eclairs are frozen ...... I've just defrosted my freezer. I've got room for 2 big tubs of ice cream. I was only going to order one but now I have the space - it would be silly not to. :D

Until I looked at that link - I didn't know that it was started by Ken Parr. I used to buy Parr's sausages in the 70's. They were really good quality. Then the little shop I bought them from closed down and I lost track. And stopped buying sausage!
