It's 92% black beans and 8% water. One portion gives 50% of the daily amount of fiber required. I'm really looking forward to trying it. I know you had sausage with it ..... did you have any type of sauce?

Good heavens Trix ....... it won't be the right kind. Our water companies love to have hose pipe bans, meanwhile there are water leaks in their pipework that cost a fortune in wasted water. :D

Hi tag...There are not enough hours in the day to try explain this to you. You can google chip chan and get a lot of info, mostly contradictory. You can trudge through the 213 pages of comments here and find the same thing. The bottom line is this woman lays there and "sleeps"...
