Good morning Trix ......... I would think Ryvita would lose it's crispness if frozen. I usually keep some in the cupboard because it's high fibre, low fat and sugar but when I thought of you with fish sandwiches and BJ with pizza ... well ...... Ryvita is a poor substitute. :D

They don't do mini rolls in granary and I'm not keen on white bread. However ....... if someone came to the door right now with a plateful of anything on white bread ...... I'd eat it. I think it's time I got something to eat. :D
