I suspect the husband is really celebrating but calling it a memorial. :D This cottage pie won an award. If I'm really hungry I add some veg but generally there's enough. It microwaves from frozen. And of course ...... no washing up. LOL

BJ starts a 7 day break on Wednesday. The last couple of times I've visited she's cooked pasta. I've enjoyed it so much - I've done some myself ..... but food always tastes better when someone else has cooked it. :D
