I'm willing to bet she was in some pain when she wrote this, because it's very sloppy, but I believe she meant to write "잘인 이ㄹㅏㄴ면 더 발달 복통 .녹초". Which translates to something like "If you are good at it, you will develop more abdominal pain.".
