That's the best sleep. Sometimes you can sleep for too long and still not wake up refreshed. You obviously had quality sleep. Must remember to look out for Jime tomorrow on the Hawaii cam.

Good morning Trix ...... my gosh those drops are expensive! I had a blood test ...... back on track .... well ...... back in 2 weeks to see if I derail again. Pot roast sounds good. I bought a stick of French bread ..... going to have cheese and red onion this evening.
