Past history of mental illness would constitute as time in an institution, hospitalization, or prescription pills. While it's possible she's ill, she hasn't sought help as far as we know.

I wonder if South Korea has some kind of welfare program where she gets her money? In the US this woman would clearly qualify for something like that based on her obvious mental condition. It's a mad existance for sure.

no, sourgirl, though it seems like it would benefit her. she lives in an apartment alone, she had previous cams facing her door. no one else seen in the cams and she sits in front of them for days on end.
