There's no fiber in chicken nuggets. Then again .... what fiber is there in chocolate or ice cream? :D I really do take vitamins every morning. Did you make that appointment to see the doc after cancelling the last one?

I sympathise with you. Imagine how it was for me in France ....... hubby didn't speak much French and is one of those people who think that raising his voice instantly makes him understandable. We both chose men with no finesse. :D
