I keep meaning to do a pot roast. When I read you are having one - I think yes!!!! But I'm having chicken salad for tea. Some time next week I'm going to buy some chicken nuggets. I've got a frozen pizza ...... thin, stonebaked mediterranean vegetarian. Phew ....... takes longer...

I did get extra bacon and BJ has some for me to collect. I don't think I could ever have another BLT as good as yesterday's ....... the perfect tomato and super-crispy lettuce.

And the Guinness brewery is on the river bank. Dad said they just sucked the water in from the river and used it to make the Guinness. I was very young and now I can see he was probably just telling silly tales. He did a lot of that. LOL I'm waiting for my shopping delivery ........
