Lucky daughter. I always manage to find a patisserie ....... but not on Champs Elysee. :D Incidentally .... after the walk along the Champs ..... and past L'Arc ..... that's where the best, and cheapest cafes are to be found, practically half price compared with the other sid...

I know the feeling. I love Paris. I've walked from the far end of the Champs-Ã‰lysÃ©es to L'Arc many times and I'm always amazed at how many cinemas there are ........ but not one single bakery shop!

The rain seems endless. That cam reminds me very much of L'Arc de Triomphe, Paris. I swear there were at least 10 lanes of traffic whooshing round the last time I was there. Made driving great fun! :D
