Yes .... it's roasted veg ..... and I have a kilo of red onions I can roast later for extras ...... I can eat those on their own.... slightly caramelised. And I have lentils and chickpeas so we have plenty of good stuff to eat. He won't eat cheese. He says he's lost weight easil...

LOL MD....when I don't get enough sleep, I spend the day thinking I forgot something!!! I like the "inner body alarm" best...I hate being woke by something shrilling and screaming...not a good way to start the day!!! sons visit must be a lovely surprise :)

Larry ..... I have a channel that has re-runs of The Big Bang Theory every day, 3 eps on weekdays...last Saturday - 9 eps and Sunday 8 eps. I don't watch them all ..... but I have my daily fix. I haven't seen the final ep of the series yet.
