yes....she never should have had his daughter in the car!!! the prosecuting attorney even said there were better ways to get even....she said "do what every other woman in that situation does...take his house, cars and money through divorce"

Well in that particular case they withheld key evidence for almost 38 years. They had tapes that incriminated Blanton and Cherry but chose to keep them secret. They were mixed up with the KKK. I wonder how many other people were killed in that 38 years. And it makes me wonder how...

MD...the one with the girl hidden in the water bed....I saw that on TV just last week...and yes...we do have stupid laws....once you commit a murder, you will have more rights than the victims family!!!!
