trix you shouldn't turn off your Norton !! you need it running to prevent viruses/malware from installing on your pc. Most people use other antivirus programs because Norton is bloatware. I would say get rid of Norton and use a more friendly antivirus like kaspersky or a free one...

hi NQ....not the icon but what I downloaded with it....windows updates is turned off but i didn't know i could (or should) turn off my norton!!!
