so true....if it tastes good, it's going to kill us!!!! do you remember the time when the "health foods" first came on the market....and they all tasted like sawdust!!!!!! i really thinks it's better just to eat slowly...so our brains can catch up with our stomachs!!!

I love cottage cheese. I have 4 x 300g tubs in the fridge right now. As you say ... it's very versatile. I even have a tub of fat-free with sweet chilli ..... it's delicious. I know all the right things to eat. I definitely have my vegetables and fruit but then spoil it with ch...

you know MD....if your trying to lose a few pounds, cottege cheese is a very versatile product...it goes with just about anything and can enhance sweet or savory...i even order it in restaurants when they don't have a veggie i like!!!

LOL MD....what did you do?? make your list out when you were hungry? I am still drinking the tea, but I found drinking 3 cups a day was very filling so what I do now is make it in my coffee mug but I use 2 teabags instead of one...the ringing is still there but not screaming lik...

hubby is Irish, but I think everyone does it just as an excuse to eat a calorie filled meal!!!!!! my mom usually did it too!!! and when you get groceries, you tend to get whats on sale!!!!

Make that 4 deprived children ..... BJ was given 4 bunnies. The man even told her that Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall has the best rabbit recipes. Sounds like the chap eats a lot of rabbit. I'm sitting here looking out at glorious sunshine ..... and there's barely a breeze. Oddly ....
