Wow Trix!!!!!! There's more to it than I thought. What a funny article. LOL I went to remove some articles from my online shop due to be delivered tomorrow. I deleted 8 items but added 8 on and the ones I added on were a lot more expensive than the ones I deleted. :D

she has a thing that measures the viscosity of the syrup...she uses it when it has turned a golden color...if the viscosity is right, then it gets poured through cheesecloth and you have syrup!!
