LOL MD....the cats are no help at all!!   we always had a live tree but after 40 years of hubby making a bigger mess than necessary bringing it in and setting it up it just thought "why bother",  although the birds will not be getting their tree with treats anymore :(

Good morning Trix.   I felt guilty the first time I bought an artificial tree. When the kids were young we used to have a small, rooted tree and after Christmas it would be planted outside. I hope your gift-wrapping goes well ...... and speedy!  :D

good morning MD....silly me....i did some wrapping yesterday so i figured i could go on the computer today :)  have you ever tried wrapping gifts with 4 cats helping in their own friskie way?? it was quite a challenge!

LOL....our lights are up....hubby threw a clump of lights on one of my lilac bushes and turned them on....he's so darn proud of himself!!!!  i hate to admit it but i just got a fake Christmas tree!!!!

there's a lit christmas tree in the square in front of the hotel. It doesn't have many lights on it but it's pretty in the early evening.
