Mira .... I just watched the first ep of "Cuffs," BBC1. It was on 4 weeks ago but I only just decided to catch up on iPlayer. It's filmed in Brighton and the pier features heavily. So lovely to see it looking so busy.

It's not a lie ..... workouts are much easier in water. It's afterwards ..... when your body reminds you of what you were up to. It caused agony from joint pains .... particularly hips, knees and ankles. I was going twice a week .... Monday and Wednesday. Tuesdays were bad ..... ...

Only last year I was going to Newton Abbot leisure centre and doing aqua aerobics. It nearly killed me. LOL!!

Well she's mentioned doing print tops and plain bottoms....... I wish I had half her nerve!!!!!!!! And she's going for more fabric on Monday. Some things are better covered up. LOL!!!!!!!!
