Mira ... the difference is that ordinary sausage has a short shelf life because of the breadcrumbs and added fat lumps that some sausage seem to have. Kabanos will keep for absolutely ages. In a cold room it will keep without a fridge. I must put some on my shopping list. :D

Trix .... 42% in 52mins ... so far. It's gone 11pm for me so I won't be doing any more of it tonight but I'll definitely have another go tomorrow. I don't know about you but I was choosing pieces for their shape ... not for the picture content. One bean looks so much like anoth...

Indeed MD .... although I personally don't take offence at breadcrumbs in sausage meat as long as it's done in moderation. When I make my own burgers I always mix breadcrumbs and egg yolk with the meat and seasoning. :)

Mira .... Kabanos are the best because they are not stuffed with cereal or bread crumbs....... just good quality meat.

Hello Eryk! :) Is there a better name to call this camera? The description on the webcam says "rynek miejski" which Google translates as "City Market." MD ... the Hairy Bikers declaired that Polish sausages were the best in the world. :D
