Mira .... that reads very good. I'm just surprised that they say it may defrost during delivery but you can put it back into a freezer. I wouldn't risk that but I'd certainly give the haggis a try.  :))

That street market always looks packed.

I found this website ... I don't think the haggis includes actual offal but it doesn't sound bad ... http://www.scottishgourmetusa.com/product/Hamilton-highland-haggis-in-USA/haggis-for-sale-usa  Lots of other cool goodies too ... might be useful for Christmas treats.  :)

They are very tasty but I don't often eat them ..... salt content is ridiculously high. You'll have to make a list of foods to get through on your next UK holiday.  :D

LOL, it made me jump though ... I didn't even notice it at first but when I did, I thought for just a split second that it was a cougar!!!  Hahahah ... I nearly kacked my pants before I took a closer look and realised it was a bobcat, ROFL!!  :D

How amazing to have such wildlife so close. I keep saying it but you live in a really beautiful area.
MD · Sep 19, 2015 20:45
And now I've thought of something else. That means you can't have faggots????  Quelle horreur!
MD · Sep 19, 2015 20:43

Roughly 100 feet ... plus it's only a little Canon Powershot camera with a limited zoom lens.
Mira Bilis · Sep 19, 2015 20:36
Stupid rules about importing/selling foods that contain certain kinds of offal.

Mira ....... what a lovely lush backdrop. How far away would the bobcat have been?

Mira ..... I'm obviously having one of my obtuse moments. Why can it be imported?
