Mira ..... I get 6 or 7 hours most nights and occasionally sleep late. I have good quality sleep. I find that on days when I go out on the bus .... here there and everywhere .... I feel the need to go to bed earlier but then some crime prog will start on tv and I'm there for anot...

So how many hours kip do you get on average MD? Before I moved here I got up for work at 7am but didn't go to bed until around 2 or 3am ... I only averaged four or five hours a night. I couldn't do that now. :)

MD...yes...he's still in his room! but i do remember telling about my having 6 kids because i could hear Mira's jaw drop from here ;) and my kids hated me for taking in the g-kids!!! all the g-kids did was fight constantly...and i had them for over 3 years!!!!!! but i didn't w...
