Trix .... I tend to eat more veg than meat. That's why I'm always pleased when my daughter gets a nice joint of pork or beef. I don't know if they do the same in the US but here .... they keep telling us we should have our 5 a day. Actually ... I think they upped it recently but...

Hi Mira .... I have adblock ... I couldn't see the slimming ad. My chocolate preference is the really dark high cocoa stuff. Those Hobnobs are delicious. Last time I had any ... hubby brought them as a gift but left them in the car and they melted but were still delicious. And ...

Hi Homely .... and all. I shall be going through Languedoc-Roussillon on my way to Spain. Sadly ... I'm pretty sure it will be on the autoroute so no chance of finding this place. I really love the look of it. If those hours on the last still are correct ... it's been over 2 year...

Just dropped in here for old times' sake and found the mounds of grass all gone and a stork pair hanging about. Hopefully they are new residents!

LOL MD....that sounds like a very balanced diet!! i stopped dieting years ago...i am what i am...i eat what i want when i want...some days i eat nothing...some days just veggies...i go through spurts!!! will probably do more meals in the winter!!!

MD....those links have sound too! click on the black eagle cam...1 baby in the nest...scroll down to see where the nest is!!!! i guess that if you have only 1 piece of chocolate (a 16 oz. bar) then that would be your smallest piece :)

Trix ...... lovely links. It's quite acceptable to have chocolate everyday .... there are diets that allow it. Of course .... they say something like 2 small squares ............. :D
