Mira .... what gets me is that asylum seekers are supposed to seek asylum in the first country they get to. The UK will always be a Mecca because we are so stupidly generous with our benefits system. I swear if I went away and came back as an asylum seeker .... I'd be better off!...

Great idea MD! :) Thankfully we don't have to do much holiday shopping ... the only ones we get gifts for now are my daughter and hubby's son ..... by mutual consent the rest of the family (such as they are) just exchange cards. That goes for birthdays too.

Hi Dona ..... what struck me about those children is that they are all slim. Maybe that's why they're not smiling..... poor little miserable things. LOL!!!!!!!!
