Looks like they are packing up now. Mira ... the carnival always takes place in February and it can be cool but the people who take part put so much energy into it that they are never cold, even when wearing skimpy clothes.

I think it was either a birthday or a christening party ... there seemed to be a lot of people gathered around the couple with the baby, exchanging wrapped gifts and taking photos. All over now.
