Trix,... you may be correct. I've been through Fernley and it looks like it could use a good wipe. Right now there is a shadow on the ground of what could be a tower with multiple antennas on it. ???????

Mira .... Lovely rain dance! They really never water the vines in France. The vines just go from looking like rotten teeth to covered in bright green leaves. I was surprised when I read up on it that in some places in South of France it's illegal to water the vines.

Hi Teo ... the IP info isn't much help either ... depending on which IP lookup is used, it comes up as Reno NV, Fernely NV, Yerington NV or Sunnyvale CA. http://www.iplocation.net/

Yes MD she was the bag lady. But her clothes looked like they were clean and not too shabby. She didn't look like a street person, but she was frumpy and had the bags with scraps for the birds. I loved her look She had a matching wine colored outfit.

This might be the Fernley municipal water treatment plant. I also checked out Fernley for businesses that might relate to "TP" which this cam is called. The best I could come up with is an application for an enviromental report by a water company "Crystal Water" for a water treat...

Sounds like a bag lady. I just saw a young boy approach the bench .... look at the mess on it ... and then walk away. It's going to encourage flies and wasps. Not very nice.
