Thanks Mira ..... now I know my laptop is topsy turvy. Across the top of my monitor I have File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools and Help. The plus sign is at the bottom of my monitor. We are not playing on a level playing field!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Mira ..... I can put the laptop into my shopping trolley. My daughter works awful hours ... last night it was almost midnight when she got home. I don't really mind the walk ........ my daughter does!!!!

Mira .... duly bookmarked. You jest when you mention me modifying anything. I can't even update Java. When it says something like "do you want to allow this update to make changes" .... I instantly back out.
I see on that link that there is a blue bar and it says "install chrome....

You could bookmark it then let your daughter download it for you (or just modify the Chrome link you say you already have. :) )

MD...it works for me now, just took a minute....and i was going to say "at least we can watch the eggs hatch out!!!!! you know MD...the plus sign (+) above your address bar just opens another tab to use...then you can just click on whatever tab you want to see...now i have 3 ta...

Girls ... I remember Trix saying the other day that the next adjustment she would make to her laptop would be to throw it out of the window. I'm fast approaching that stage. LOL!!!

I suggest maybe you take your laptop to your daughter's place on your next visit and get her to download Chrome for you and set up some shortcuts etc. :)

MD ... click on that Chrome button again then change the web address at the top of the page to http://www.google.com From there you can type 'Opentopia' into the search box and get to the OT website.

Mira ..... I told you ages ago I have Ricky Martin as my screen saver. When I click on Chrome ... something flashes across Ricky so fast I can't even see what it is. And that's all I get ..... apart from a feeling of rage!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL....the orange one with blue on the top!!!!!! or down some from the middle.....if you just hold the mouse arrow over them (no clicking) it should tell you what it is...
