The info on this cam shows it as being http://cctv3.kctmc.nat.gov.tw/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi and when I google it all I come up with is hacked cams/malware cams and Taiwan traffic cams like this one- http://cctv3.kctmc.nat.gov.tw/axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?camera=126& so I have a fee...
