It's a little late to wish you Merry Christmas feral, carson & bill so I'll just wish you good will in the New Year :) carson I'm in Wis where it has been warm and raining for the last week till yesterday when it started snowing in the afternoon. So we had a white Christmas :)

Yes because Christmas is on January 7 in the orthodox church. December 25 is a normal working day in Russia.

Indigo, Christmas in the orthodox church is on january 7. Also new year is traditionally much bigger than Christmas due to the soviet union emphasising the secular holiday more. So yes. December 25 is an ordinary day in Russia. Hope this helps?
