Phoenix & Deacon, if you enlarge the cam view, you'll see that it looks like chunks of cement. They aren't moving all of the buildings so I'm guessing that they're tearing down some of them & that might be debris from that.

It is unusual to be this dry in N.Ohio. We have only had about 0.45 of an inch so far this month. There is some rain in the forecast mid week but I won't hold my breath.
