Sorry Carol ... it's kind of hard to explain without standing next to you ... but you only copy/paste the relevant portion of the URL when doing a search, not the whole URL.

I just noticed that the website has a hi-res snapshot option ... it would have been useful at the time we were trying to figure out where this place was. The snapshot comes out a lot clearer than the cam picture.
