From looking at all 4 cams associated with this cam, it looks like this might be an office building with a computer server room in the basement. I assume this is a security cam for the basement entrance.
I took a look to the left of this building and it looks like there might be...

OMG I go away for 30 minutes and come back to the lake being completely covered with snow--there was only a few wisps of snow earlier !
