This is why sometimes it's good to have a bit extra weight. It seems such a long time for her to wait to have chemo. Do you know why it's taking so long. Order a slip .... or 2. :D

I should imagine they have to check a lot of things. They're putting "poison" into you to kill off cancer cells. Makes sense they have to check things closely. Anyway ....... how are you feeling?

it takes longer to check the blood because they are checking the thyroid....we will get there earlier next time....I hope.

I'm sure she will realize, eventually, that she needs help but it's not a happy prospect when you are used to being independant. Please tell me she's not still doing her cooking.
