I'll admit when I was younger, I have been underneath airplanes that low. My family and I would go near the end of the runway and - with crowds of other people - watch planes land overhead. I'm surprised we're not deaf because it was extremely loud; we all had to cover our ears ...

Mira Bilis.... I'll suggest that to her tomorrow. She's gone to bed, it's nearly 1am. The hospital even tried raw egg white on the wound. Goodness knows what that was supposed to do.

My friend's first op was about 2 years ago. The wound got infected and is still infected. She has a nurse come in every day to change the dressing. I think it's shocking to go into hospital and come out with an infection that you caught in a place that should be scrupulously clea...
