Mashed potatoes are comfort food ........ I find them so satisfying. Eat whatever takes your fancy. A calorie is a calorie whatever it comes from and we don't want you losing more weight!!!!! :D

OMG! Muenster is Munster in France. I absolutely love it. Munster and dried apricots probably sounds weird but it's delicious after a meal.

You didn't tell me the time of the appointment but I'm sure you'll remember it. :D I love horseradish sauce with roast beef. BJ doesn't like sauces. When I go for a roast meal I take my own condiments. LOL

I hope daughter gets well soon. Obviously appointment will be before the 18th. I don't know what made me think of it (probably that I was cleaning and it's too warm to be bothered) but does your "cleaner" arrive now and again or did it fade out?
