Just Google "mouthwash and high blood pressure" and you will see what I mean. As for natural foods to lower BP ...... I have a list of the ones I like. Google "vasodilator foods," you must find something you like. Trix gave me the best tip ever ..... hibiscus tea. It work...

That mouthwash thing is bizarre ! I'm also supposed to keep an eye on my BP but it's getting so there's nothing to lower it that's also tasty. Sometimes I just think the heck with it. My mother made it to 100, my Dad to 93, so I'll just rely on my DNA. :)
