Trix, I think it's a good idea to take something at bedtime, get you settled off to sleep. Nothing worse than lying there wide awake and in pain. Makes you wonder what caused it.

MD...i thought that was maybe how opentopia found cams...cat is doing fine so far...i thought i was fine until i lay down for bed last night...as soon as i lay down shoulder started throbbing...,sit up and it went away...so i probably got 3 hours sleep ...had to sit up to sleep ....

Trix..... coordinates. If you type in 17109 Indian Chief Drive, Texas, on Google map, it takes you right to it. How are the aches and pains today....... and the cat?
