Mira, I agree.... that veggie haggis sounds delicious. I eat all types of beans. My daughter and I buy bulk purchases of dried beans. I adore blackeyed peas, which are actually a bean. Pulses are so good for you, all that fibre!!!! LOL

Mira, I emailed the link to my daughter who is a dedicated meat eater and she texted me to say "It's an abomination! I really like black pud. In France they do Boudin blanc which is white (black) pudding. I tried it but it just wasn't right.
