MD I didn't realize that this is a big city--population of 144,000 ! When there are 10,000 that belong to the military then I would think that they would do special celebrations. That's alot of people from just one city to be in the military.

I check this cam this morning and then for awhile after making my last post and so far I've only seen the one dog and the female who lives here. Maybe there's a divorce going on--he's moving out and he took one of the dogs :(
