I don't know what to eat today...going to have daughter pick up some doughnuts for those 3 days I have to take a pill with food....2 times a day.

She wouldn't have thanked you. LOL I'm back on the hibiscus tea. I ran out of it a few weeks ago. Blood pressure was up a bit when I had my medical. So I now have 200 hibiscus tea bags ...... make that 196 ...... to get through. I'm so glad you put me on to it.

I love that ..... "loss of mind!" I've just read the side effects. I'm amazed that a happy pill can be the cause of tremors or shaking, feeling anxious or nervous, insomnia, headaches, dizziness and ..... loss of appetite ..... to name but a few. Doesn't sound very happy to ...
