We've had normal weather today. 11am blue skies and sunshine, 11.05 pouring rain, 11.30 sunshine, 11.50 rain and so on. Breeze is coming across from Plymouth heading towards Boscombe beach so they may have had similar weather. Over all, not a bad day, it's sunny right now.

Hahahah ... I just looked out of my window here and saw the cooper's hawk land in the big hemlock tree opposite ... and a tiny female hummingbird challenging it! Hilarious! Hummers are so fearless! :D

Mira Bilis, I just looked at the vessels in the Juan de Fuca Strait. Plenty there, busy place. Some of the yachts have such lovely names... at the moment - Sea Horse, Blue Dolphin and Rhumba but you won't hear them. Right now the Sound Reliance, Amagi Galaxi and Granville Bridge ...

MD, I also use that marine traffic website to check out the boats along the Juan de Fuca Strait ... sometimes I can hear a ship's engine or horn when I'm standing on my back porch ... always fascinating. :)
