Chocolate is always a winner ..... made from beans, contains dairy and a smidge of protein. The perfect health food ........ and it gives you the feel good factor. A real pick-me-up!!!!!!!!!!!

Being nervous would do it. Do you think energy drinks might help? I've never tried them as I can't take caffeine but I know you can.
