Trix, I won't be waiting for mom! I've only spent 2 and a half hours here today, yesterday it was about 9hrs!!! Thanks for the link and the help to look at Jime's link. That osprey looks quite big compared with our kestrels.

Several aborted attempts followed by lots of preening. Mother came with food at 7.34 and stayed for a minute. It was definitely mother, not sibling. The tail was very long. Maybe after a hearty meal this little one will pluck up courage. Reminds me of when I was learning to dive....

MD...when you click on the website...when it opens just click on where it says livestream or livefeed in the upper left corner...it will open to cam options and the osprey is one of them...
