I have no idea! Swans are having a fun day enjoying the sun again. About the word thing......I've always loved language and vocabulary but fear it's a lost art in this technology- loving age. Now I sound like the old person I am. :D

Me too. Though there are areas around the bases of the trees that look snowless.....maybe they're snuggled up there. I'm sure they're well protected, feather wise.
