Mira, I have no idea what street that is. Most Japanese streets have no names. It could be in  a city called Mie since I don't know a Mia. In any case the area in the webcam seems to be busy ALL THE TIME. Its 9:30 pm and there are just masses of people walking by. I wish I could ...
