Hi Kyle, you don't need DSL (whatever that is) to make you bonkers! Only kidding. :) I've often found that I can't get live feed on this cam, then I add my comment, scroll back to the picture and it's gone to live feed. So here's hoping.

Indeed ... it's not an actuall border town, although it's not that far from the German border. Perhaps the camera title just refers to the main entry point into the town. :-)
