Pesky monkeys! The cam swung to the right and I could see a dark wood window frame. Still no monkeys outside, sensible creatures.

I don't think the fire is going to be out anytime soon, there's still some good lengths of logs in it. There are still a couple people standing around it.

LOL I had that happen once to me also on this cam. Maybe the monkeys are in the building today keeping warm and playing with the cam :)

MD I found this website about the library- http://www.gaismaspils.lv/gp/index.php?l=en&m=gaismaspils if you go through the links there you'll find the above view along with a link to the other view of this library. It states that this library won't open till sometime this year...

I went to Google maps. The library was commissioned as Castle of Light in 2011, whatever they mean by that! The windows look different but maybe we are seeing another side of the building.

There's lots of snow here today and 3 camara people with camara's set up on tripods. I wonder if they're taking pictures or filming the monkeys which I haven't seen any as of yet.
