We'd like to travel down the coast from WA to CA one of these days for a visit ... but I'm not sure I could cope with perpetual heat and sunshine ... I enjoy the variety of the weather and the geography too much here in the north-west ... and contrary to popular belief, it's not ...

Well of course the closer one gets to the Arctic Circle, the shorter the days are in winter ... and the longer the days in summer. :-)
