I think the guy working on the house is the one who lives there. I know before all this started, I'd see him at night , on the sofa, watching tv with the white dog. He seems to be showing his parents...or an older couple anyway,...what he's been doing.

Well it's the "oldest profession" worldwide. Generally not a good thing ... but it keeps many women from starving to death ... as long as their customers don't abuse them and they get well paid and get regular health checks, I guess some of them are 'happy.' Personally I dream...
