I suspect this building is in the Woodland Avenue/Little Traverse Bay area as there are dozens of quaint Victorian houses around there. Lovely, wherever it is. :-)

Wow! It is indeed beautiful! I just wish Google Streetview would update some of their images, they are rather poor quality in certain places.

Well said Raven. Mental illness is still the most ignored and misunderstood health condition in society, both historically and in the present day. :( I've made one or two jocular remarks here in the past but in truth I do feel sorry for her and hope she gets some help eventual...
