Well I finally found this exact place on Google Streetview. The street where this market/ice rink is situated is called Szent Istvan ter. :-)

I think that pointy building is a shopping complex and cultural centre. Apparently Khanty-Mansiysk is an oil-boom town ... I did some googling. ;-)

I found Nelly's on Google Streetview - looks like a nice little town. I also saw the camera on the wall of the building opposite, which overlooks Nelly's. :-)

Thanks Dona and MD. That is seriously weird. When the bench cam 'disappeared' I tried doing searches for it using 'poland,' 'bench,' 'gdansk' and 'internet' but it never came up. Very odd. Anyway, MD's link worked, so I'm bookmarking it again. :-)
