Hi Kyle. As soon as I posted that comment, the lady opened the door and came out with the dog. I think the whole world is the same, Kyle. You get areas that are certainly not full of friendly people.  When we lived in France, the people in the south weren't too keen on Parisians...

Im assuming the Property owners are unaware of your displeasure, as most want  a huge tree on the grounds. take a auger to the tree at the bottom,  and after drilling about 6 inches into it, fill the hole with salt, it works rather quick, or use a acid , get that from your garden...

The Late wife and I used to live in apartments , one of the neighborhood brats would acquaint themselves to you, if you left for a time, and came back to a water hose stuck into the mail slot, not very nice, and not even hard to find the 6 year old culprit, which was the average ...

Hello John. The world really is your oyster with Opentopia.  The first cam I looked at was Malmo, Sweden, on a Friday evening. I would love to visit there one day. The Nordic countries look so fresh. Having said that, I'm lucky enough to live within Dartmoor National Park so we g...

Zoey certainly cracked me up when your neighbour was there. I'd not seen her move so fast before. About that tree.... I was once told that if you hammered a copper nail or similar into the trunk, after a while the tree would die. I've never tried it so I can't say for sure that i...

Hi Mommie Dearest in Devon! I've closed my eyes & can smell the fresh air! Webcams have taken me to places I have only dreamed of. The clean fresh towns of Norway & Sweden, the Rhine River Valley, construction sites in the Netherlands, a Soviet-era "strip mall" & small park with...

I've been to Hull. We drove up there via Grimsby which had a strong aroma of fish, then crossed the Humber Bridge which was most impressive. I found a wonderful shoe shop in Hull. That was in the days when I used to wear stilettos!
