There is one i hadnt said, as it bulges into the accepted nutty section of science, that being forced intervention by nature itself , mainly on those animals or birds that specialize, if the specialty is removed to survive they MUST alter their ways or go extinct, it is natural, ...

you are correct about Natures hard wireing, only way to break in, is human intervention, what I mean is some abnormal behavior CAN be introduced if one works on it for a time, in Birds , a couple generations can altrer forever a specific breed, and in this case a tiny little sect...

Kyle, regarding birds, I don't think nurture CAN alter things. If another bird rears a cuckoo, that cuckoo isn't going to grow up thinking "what a nice family, I'll build my own nest and rear my own chicks." It will be as nature intended it to be, a parasite. In this case, I'm ad...

Hi girls.I think we are privileged to have this bird's eye view! The chicks are coming on so well that I can't tell which one hatched last. Nature is so clever. I think we have lots more fun to come. MD

Good morning all..didn't get a chance to check in on the babies, good to know they're all still alive and kickin". They are really growing fast! I think they will all grow up to be beautiful creatures, I feel lucky to be able to watch them grow!

ok, I have to keep to the normal stuff, or get cut out, facinating..... Mr, Funch shame.  Dont allow them to dictate MD, you are partly right, nurture can alter it

It seems odd to be watching this tv on my computer. It's BBC1, the Chelsea Flower Show.

Hi Kyle. Thanks for the link. Very interesting. It just proves that behaviour is influenced by nature, not nurture. A cuckoo chick, that's been reared by a different species, will still behave like a cuckoo. I guess the same thing applies to human beings.

Hi Kyle. At night, plenty of insects fly around the street lights and it's easy pickings for the birds.

Hi Dona. I've stayed in Barcelona. It really is a wonderful place and the cathedral is amazing. When you walk along Las Ramblas you have a nonstop variety show! You can walk past what you think is a statue and it then moves and speaks and you realize it's a person in disguise. Th...
